Having problems trying to center the spool. Took apart the Damper valve and Control valve. Resealed them both and now I can only get it to steer either easy to the left or right but not both ways with power assist. Reason I tore into it is that it would only have power assist to the right. IT Manual isn't very clear but my pressures are right around 600 to 700psi. Thanks guys.

It is likely that the 10A13378 lever has flats worn on the sides of the round part on the end opposite the end with the slot. Replacing that part will usually correct the problem. They are still available new.

That was the problem. When I tore it apart I noticed it was worn down alittle on both sides didnt think that would be a problem. Anyways ordered that part put it on today and everything is good to go. Thank you for the suggestion figured I'd post back so others could be helped.
