G1355 power steering leak

Looking at a G1355 to purchase and the owner tells me that it has a huge power steering leak under the dash.
It doesn't run at the moment, but "ran when parked".
:)

I know it's impossible for anybody here to positively say what the problem would be, but what is the worst case scenario on this? Hoping it's just a hose, but....
Yes, I'm well aware of how scarce and expensive parts are for this beast, so I'm just adding to the cost of what it might need. TIA.

I think I have seen the same tractor and talked to the same owner... Here is a picture of it in 2012.
It was not missing the rad.
I investigate a bit and the radiator from a 2-150 is same Part number. About 500 bucks in one of the big salvage for a good one. I would also think the leak is minor but maybe they ran it out oil in the hydraul shift or something more serious that prevented it to be put on a trailer on its own.

I had a 2-150, same chassis with different sheet metal. As below, most likely as hose, but even if it is the steering valve those Char-Lynn closed center control valves are almost as common as dirt.

I'll bet I can even tell you which hose it is. The pressure hose coming from the pump. there is a connection right under the floor plate, the hose you have leaking is from that joint up to the steering box. Yes it makes a very big mess and will drain the hydraulic system in just a few minutes. You can get a hose made that is all flex so you don't have the steel line on the top end. This will prevent future problems so soon. When we ran these 1355's as our top tractors we always kept this hose on hand and the system main hose with the crimping ends from the pump to the servo valve. Minnie always did have poor hydraulic systems.
