I'll start out by saying I know it's tough to answer all of these question. But I'll thank you in advance for any info you can provide. I know a friend
who has a 1963 Jet star 2. I have not seen the tractor personally yet. Needs a battery, 6 volt. Has not ran in about 2-4 years but did run fine
motor wise, so he said. The 3 point hydraulics he said quit working, won't go up or down.
How rare is this tractor? I see on tractor data there were 1100 made. How hard are parts to find since this was only made one year, 1963. Will
jet star parts work on most of this tractor? This may help with parts availability. Any idea what it may be worth? I know this is the stupidest
question of all not knowing, tire condition, sheet metal, and all the other issues it may have. Scap weight price might be the answer unless it is
super rare now. Thanks, John.

Jetstar 2 only made in 1963. Little difference from Jetstar or 4 Star. Poor sales of Brown Jet created the color change of the Jet 2. Jetstar 3 replaced in 1964 with a few updates. Most motor parts same. 1100 gas/lp and 193 diesels were all made. I have one of each.

Hmm, well he defiantly said 6 volt. He really wasn't sure of the model. He said the pictures I showed him it looked like the jet star. Any idea what else it may be? But it's a 1963, so he said, so that whittled down the possible models. It's a wide front and was a Penn State University tractor that came with a MOT MOWER. I'll look at it in a few weeks when he gets out of the hospital.

It very well could be a 335 if it is a 6 volt tractor and looks like a Jet Star. How many bolts hold the rear wheels to the axles?
