Parked the old girl last fall and went to start it the other day and it wouldn't go. Electric lift pump didn't work so replace it, bled lines to injection pump and it will not fire, not even smoke. Could there be something stuck in pump that will not let fuel to go. It has Rosa Master pump. Worked at a Massey dealership years back and brand new Massey 265 wouldn't go on the next day after delivery and in that case under the advice of Massey I Just tapped the top of pump with small ball peen hammer and it dislodged a small shut off valve that was gravity actuated and the tractor went and the customer never had any more problems. I believe the pump was CAV of similar design as this Rosa master. Any idea would be appreciated, hate to have to remove pump.

Verify you are getting power to the electric shut-off.

Metering valve that is actuated by electric shut-off may be stuck from sitting. You will need to take top off of pump and rotate it.

Check valve on top for pump that is integrated into fuel return lines maybe plugged.
