does someone know why the shift lever would jump out of line and have half the ball on the bottom ground off? Well that happened. Was in first pushing a pile of manure up, put it in reverse then went to go back into first and it stayed in reverse in neutral, 2nd, and reverse. The other gears acted like it was in a higher gear than 5th and would kill motor. No neutral. Took the lever out and the ball on the bottom is shaved in half. Looked at my parts GVI and lined stuff up and everything works. But how did that jump out of line and what shaved that ball on the bottom of the lever? bottom line is does someone have a gear shift lever they'd be willing to part with? It was a rough night.
