G1000 gear shift boot

Anyone know who makes the gear shift boot that actually is the right size? the one I got 2 months ago is about a 1/4 inch to big and was advertised as "gear shift boot fits g1000". Then they send you e-mails "how'd you like our product? here's more crap we make that doesn't fit". I should have tried putting it on right when I got it. Thanks

sounds like you have got a start on the wheatland minnemo, hows it going? the m5 is coming along, slow but sure. trying to get something done on it each day, some days not to much

Yes, she's running, gotta put the loader on next. I'll get some pictures as soon as I can get my boy to take them since my flip phone isn't gonna work for that. Just everything seems to be happening at once right now. I'll be calling on that boot this week. Thanks

MMDEL,
I have installed several new ones on from Jet Star 3 thru G1000 in the last few years that I got from several places including AGCO. I find they don't last very long. Do the ones you are using seem to last for more than a couple years?
Thank You,
John Kinsey

That's a fair question. And to be truthful the answer is I have been selling them at the MM conventions for 5 or so years and nobody has ever said they had a problem. I assumed everything was OK. I know my supplier, but there is no way to no where they originate from.
