So the radiator is out and going in for fix tomorrow, but I have a question about the water pump. The motor was warm but the radiator was cold. What should it look like, shouldn't the water look like it is moving some with the cap off? I'm suspicious cause it had no thermostats. Took the cover off the water pump, which is not leaking, and it seems ok but I can see the impeller has been rubbing on the back side of the pump casing a little. I'm leaning toward replacing the pump since it's real easy with the radiator out. Looking for ideas. Everything is still fine, but I'm a little scared to start it again since I still have to find the electric problems that are keeping the lights and temp gauge from working. Thanks.
