Moline GVI Diesel Starter

I am looking for a diagram for the installation of the battery cables on a diesel. I don't know what the solenoid is on the side where the starter is mounted. ( Basket case) It is setup for 3 batteries. 12V ?

here is a copy of the wiring diagram from the operators manual. If the picture is not clear please email me and i will sent it directly they don't always load clear on here. also email if you have other questions I have a G VI in the shed and could get pictures or try to answer anything you have questions on. Yes the tractor could have had 3 batteries when it was new I just use 1 (group 31) large battery in ours and it starts fine.

yes they did have three 12 volt batterys from factory. those narrow 12 volts were only like 550 amp battery's so they needed three to guarantee starting. battery's now a days are much better and can get a single battery with 1000 cranking amps.
