Za help needed

I just got the crankshaft out on my za last night and found it?s pitted bad on the front main Bearing journal. The main journals have already been ground to .020 undersized question I have is there a place to get smaller undersized main bearings yet? Looking online I can?t seem to find anything smaller than .020 also can not seem to find the front roller Bearing at all. This tractor was grandpa?s so it?s worth it to me to fix it, just looking for options besides getting the crank spray welded and turned down. Reason the crank is pitted to begin with is the tractor was left outside for better part of 30 years without covering the exhaust. I already have the upper engine components I need to fix it just need to do something with the crankshaft.
Thanks,
Dave

depends on how close you are to Chicago/Milwaukee area, I have a crank for a 206 that I'll let go really reasonable. no shipping tho, you have to take the crankcase with it.eight four seven 3 0 nine seven34 seven

It's been a while, but doesn't the front roller bearing run on a replaceable inner race? I found my bearing at a industrial bearing supply locally.

That front bearing is a Bower MA 1212 EL. I used to get them through our local bearing distribuitor. You have to heat the inner race and put it on the crank, then put the main roller portion of the bearing in the block and slide the crank into it during assembly.

Wendell Everett should be able to help you with the other main bearings. (You can use a main set for a 445 or Jetstar, (the later 206 engines) and just not use one of the smaller front and center main bearings.) 740-922-3335. or Welters 417-498-6496.

I may be calling you about that crankshaft, going to take mine to the machinist and see what they say about it. You?re about 6 hrs away from me so it?s doable to pick it up but like I said will depend on what the machinist says.

Just got my crank back from the machinists, somehow they managed to polish it up and keep it in spec so I won?t be needing another crankshaft after all. I really do appreciate your offer though thank you.
