sorry I'm a computer dud

The last 3 posts are mine. Trying to get a picture on was rough as I'm not to computer savvy, but my posts "new poster, old reader", "the u", and "GVI" all go together. I'll try not to screw it up next time.

Not at all! Thanks for the pics!

So what is the story on the G705? You said it holds a special place. We like stories as well as pictures! ha...

I've always liked the blocky, tough, heavy old wheatland style tractors best myself.

How is the wheat looking in Montana this year??

G705 was the first tractor my brother and I bought to upgrade from my dad's gas MMG. We bought it when I was 15 or 16 when we took over the farm after my dad's heart attack. I sold it about 10 years later when I made the stupid decision to quit farming. Anyone know Fred Polinder from Washington? Well I got it back about 2 years later when he bought it at an auction. I would store the minnies at my place until he got a truck out here to pick them up, so I got to have it back for about a month before he picked it up. I know it went to a good place. I vowed if I ever got a chance at one I would get it. Well I couldn't take it anymore and started farming the place again about 15 years ago and haven't looked back. Well 705's aren't easy to find around here anymore, but 4 years ago I found one and got it. It brings back a lot of good memories every time I use it. I'll never get rid of it or any of my other minnies. I have3 U's, 1 parts U, a GVI, a parts GVI, the 705, and a G1000 that was stuck that I got last March and which is almost ready to start if it ever warms up.
