This is my RTS going from shop to my sand blast and paint booth, the serial# of tractor is 402193 I can not find it in books so we believe it to be a 39 model there is also an S at end of serial# this maybe for standard, the tractor has a starter and gen

Congratulations! That is a very hard to find tractor you have there. There were a few RTS tractors built towards the end of the 1939 model year, but they were never separated out in the serial number lists. All '39 model R tractors were listed as "RT" models. The "S" at the end of your serial number does denote this as a standard tread model. I'm not sure exactly how many of these were made, but it appears to me that most if not all of the last 100 made that year were standards.
