I pulled this picture off a gallery, not mine. I have a 1938 UTS - serial #300 that I'm restoring, mine does not have this type of dash on the rear of the gas tank. It only has the oil pressure gauge bolted to the transmission cover just like my 41 utu does. As far as the temp and amp gauge it had something added off an old Farmall, not original. My gas tank has the two compartments but is flat on the rear. The one in the picture here seems like the dash is slanted but the tank is also, like it is part of the tank. Can anyone tell me if they made a change on those very early models or if I'm just missing something. I put on a switch and gauge box off an old MM combine like the ones used on MM LP tractors before I realized these slant ones existed. Any ideas guys?
