[i:0979f10d11]I have a 2 Minneapolis-Moline combine's. Model 20 serial # 40800737 and a model LD uni-harvester serial # 39101610. Is there information on the WEB where I can insert the model & serial numbers and get information on these combines?

Thanks

Not sure where numbers are from. No model 20 or LD made by MM. Uni combine was a W4 or LA
Harvestor. No MM serial numbers even close.

It's been many years since we had uni's. wasn't the LD either a corn picker or Sheller? And wasn't the later combine a 120?

Larry you are onto something. I was thinking the same thing model and number he listed was for the corn picker "attachment" only. That was a model LD.

Checked all motor numbers and prefixes just don't match. If a Uni there will be a number on
motor and on actual Uni chassis. There was like guys say several attachments for Uni like
corn picker, swather, baler, huskor, combine and one other. Pictures would help.

Serial # 40800737 Is a model 120 combine unit manufactured in 1960 to go on a UNI tractor and # 39101610 is a model LD Husker-Sheller for a UNI manufactured in 1955.

- Cliff thanks for the info. How did you find this? I have been looking for MM equipment and of course looking all over the internet. Thanks again

.. Cliff can I email you some pictures of these 2 combines, I can't seem to upload photo's on at this site.

I have several serial number lists that I have purchased over the years. The list that included your numbers was compiled by Lloyd McCray in 1993. The Floyd County Historical Society should have a copy of this list. I think my email should work. I'll check tonight.
