Another M602 mystery part HELP

I am nearly done assembling my basket case M602 gas engine and I have one part that I can not find a place for. This part is a 1 1/2" long steel hex shaft that measures 9/16" flat side to flat side. One end is drilled an tapped with 1/8" NPT while the other end is drilled for a 1/4" hole. The holes do not reach each other . In the center of the part is a 5/64" hole, connecting the end holes. Can anyone tell me where this part goes? Thanks to MMDEL and kevinmoschenrose for previous, valuable help.

a picture would help.
It sounds like the piece(nut) that connects the oil tube to the "S" shaped 1/4 tubing to oil the rocker arms on a small block (206/220) MM engine.

I think the part you have is not for that tractor. Sounds like the gas line manifold for a U or UB also other older models. Since your tractor was a basket case. Somebody threw that part in the wrong basket.
