Help Identify MM M602 Part

I am almost finished assembling an M602 gas engine. This came to me in a basket and I have one part that I can not find a home for (left over parts). It is a round steel pin that is 1/4" diameter and 4" long. Can anyone tell me where it belongs?

Sorry I am only on the computer on the week day mornings. not in the PM or weekends. Kevin is right. the 602 parts book calls it a metering rod #10A18932 Quantity 1. It goes in the back block. There is more oil flow to the rear block than the front. However I have seen engines that owners have restricted both blocks. After you get it running you will have to check out the oil supply to the rockers over all. Too much oil to the rockers tends to enhance oil being sucked through the intake valves into the engine and also harder to keep from leaking out the rocker cover and all over the engine. A good fast drip is sufficient to do the job.

Front head? Rear head? Toward the center of the head? Toward the ends of the head? Put the rocker oiling pipe in and just drop the 1/4"x 4" rod into one of those oil pipes? Thanks for helping

I understand now, there is only one place to put it in each block. Do I just drop it in the long feed pipe? Thanks for your help.
