I bought a G-900 a couple months ago. I changed hyd. filter, lines and oil. Started it last nite and I have no hydraulics. I took off suction line and it runs about half full to the pump. I'm using 303 fluid. Did my pump just give out? Thanks Jeff

DO NOT STARVE THOSE PUMPS!!!!! Flood that pump, give it no chance of an air pocket. Fill the pump, fill the intake and return lines, fill the filters. I mean flood all those components, it'll be somewhat messy. Start the tractor for a moment, and go back and check again. Do this over as often as necessary. Piston pumps have very little suction ability, and can be destroyed in only moments. Dale

Not sure why it's not working, but a good guess is what RDF pointed out. I just had mine rebuilt by Fluid-Power in Michigan. It was working but had a bad leak. Plan on $700 if it needs rebuilt. Mine showed indications of cavitations...needed a total rebuild.
