uni axle oil leak

The right drive wheel on my L uni is leaking oil. The book shows no seal and the bearing seems ok. Could it be that the oil level is to full ?

Trans-Diff may have condensation water, or if it is outside rain water in it and brought the level way high loosen the drain plug and see if you can drain water off. Then check the level plug on the side to get the correct level. Fluid normally doesn't get out to the far right wheel unless it sets for a long period of time with the right side down hill.

I think what happened was that I drove it 10 miles to a town for a parade, it was all on gravel roads with a crown on the road. I now have the right side jacked up, maybe the oil will run back. Thanks for the advice.
