Spent several hours,seems like days removing rubber off steel wheels. Some like rubber on wheels for parading or? I had to cut 32 inch rubber off and gring off all bolts and install original lugs and square headed bolts. Had to remove lugs off some 36-38 inch steel wheels along with bolts. 24 lugs x 2 x 2 for bolts. Imagine if bought bolts new. Same mess on fronts.Rubber over steels great if indoors but out doors rubber hold moisture and will rot rims.
