G955 Pulley on end of crank

MM part #10A29810 My pulley that runs from crank-fan-alternator, has separated into two pieces. The inner which connects to crank and then the outer which drives the belts has a piece of fiber? between them, which just now rotates. You can pull the outside off. Listed as out of production by the dealer.
Any ideas for a fix? Any aftermarkets available? A MM salvage yard to call? MM G955, 1974
Thanks, Ron

I would start with All States Ag Parts at 877-530-3335. They have 5 salvage yards. Also Wendell Everett at 740-922-3335. He has his own MM grave yard.

Contact Welter's Farm Supply 417-498- 6496. They have a place that rebuilds the original with new rubber. Much better than buying a used one that is only a couple years away from separating like yours.

Had that happen to a couple of moline engines before. Got some used pulleys with decent rubbers in them. To prolong their life, we cut out a plate of steel to bolt into the pulley to hold the rubber from slipping out. They are still running today knock on wood.

Call Dale Manufacturing in Salem, Oregon
They Rebuild your old damper. Not cheap but nice job.
Had one done a few years ago for my Oliver 2155.

I'll second the Dale Mfg. recommendation. I have probably sent them a couple dozen over the years. Website is hbrepair.com .

Thank you for everyone's quick and informative responses. After talking to Dale Mfg, decided to go with them, put in the mail today. Got in in the nick of time, he will be closed for the month of June.
