What is my asking price?

Once I finish the next project I am selling my 57 445 Industrial. It has a front loader and a backhoe. Almost every hydraulic hose has been replaced, new water pump, re-cored radiator, new main boom cylinder, new front bucket curl cylinder and every other cylinder has been rebuilt.

What should I expect to get from this tractor?

Thanks
Zeek

I would start at what you have in it
plus a little. The harsh reality is a
person can easily end up with more in
one than can be recovered. If you're
into it where you can make a little:
GREAT: you can always reduce price or
"deal" until you get to a point that
you're losing all you can stand.

I bought it 5 years ago for $5500, and probably have $1500 into...of which about $1000 was in the last week.

That's a tough one, I'm in your area. MM prices are generally higher here, but I think this would fall more into the small backhoe category which I think prices are pretty low on.

Best you can do is advertise a price and see if you get any bites. I'd love to have a machine like that, but for the price I'd probably get a newer or bigger machine. There are a lot of them out there. You just need to find the right buyer.

If I can get 5500 out of it I will be happy

Then I'd start a little higher and then let someone talk you down to that price. That way both you and the buyer will be happy. If you start at your number, you may get talked down to less than that.
