MM 445 Radiator. I need advice.

Hello, I have a 1957 MM 445 Industrial with the 206H engine and I need a new radiator. When we pulled the water pump out we damaged the radiator and she leaks now. I have manuals and such but no part number, must be missing some pages.

What is the part number for the radiator?

The radiator is integrated with the power steering, I have never seen that, but what do I know...(not much)but if I cannot get the radiator fixed or get a new one, could I just replace with a modern one that fits the space and forget the power steering?

If you could kindly give me your take I would appreciate it; I really need this tractor to be running again.

Thanks
Zeek

P.S. I live in Easter Ohio and I have already tried Wendell Everett, no answer...will keep calling though.

Thank you for the phone number I saw him listed here: http://jetstar.minneapolis-moline.com/parts.html, but no number. He is not that far from me!

The bottom tank of the radiator is just the top of the front pedestal. the radiator core bolts to the pedestal with a row of bolts around the flange. There should be a radiator shop in your area that can repair or re-core what you have which is basically putting the top tank on another new core. (Not cheap though.)

If you just damaged the back row of cores next to the fan. Tear out the fins at that location. Take a pair of thin nose pliers and pinch off the damaged tubes. A couple of tubes not working won't affect the cooling. If you cut the tube and pinch and roll each end around is will seal off the water flow. What do you have to loose. The radiator is no good otherwise.
