54 G front axle

Hi! I just bought a 54 G diesel, and searching the internet I find pics of GBD's, but they have a more curved front axle. Does my tractor appear to be original? Is it a G, GBD, ??
Thanks! Sherri

Each used the D425-6 engine, so I assume the same HP. Typically, the G had clam shell fenders and the GB had wheat land fenders but, evidently, not exclusively. I know of no other differences.

GTBD is the designation. Serial number should start with 068. Made in 1953-4. Had one last
year but sold it. Mine had clam fenders.

Thanks for all the info! I am looking forward to getting it home! Runs and drives :D
