So the Sherwin-Williams guy would need K2-092415 to mix PG1? Is that the magic number?

The answer is NO. I had a fellow collector do the same thing but it is not a published mix.

You need to get a hold of someone at Equipment Color and have them send the mix design to a Corporate Sherwin Williams store that mixes AIC paints. Not all Sherwin Williams stores are corporate stores.

Not all SW stores mix AIC paint. My store I use is in Arden Hills, Minnesota. Sherwin Williams Automotive Finishes Store #9338

I forgot, I was going to mention Kevin M was an Employee of SW, so he was another contact to be in touch with. Thank you Kevin for the reminder!

As for how to go about getting the paint to a local Store, there are 2 AIC paint Distributors in the Minneapolis, St. Paul area one is in Bloomington and the other is in Arden Hills. Both Stores are about 70 miles from Rochester.

My store in Arden Hills already has the Mixes so that may be a good reason for you to visit the twin cities.

Ron Jones at Equipment Color helped me out a great deal and I would recommend anyone to him
