Minneapolis moline -Z throw- out bearing?

Was wondering on the model Z how much grease should be pump to the zerk on the throw out bearing ? I bought this tractor and not sure if owner before me had kept up with maintenance on it. I removed the cover and put 2 3 pumps in there just to be safe seeing i have no clue how long the last time.it had been done....😒was wanting to know if this one look normal or if there is to much grease in it?

Grease it how ever much you want. I would go until you see some squeeze out. It's not really a throw out bearing, just a brass collar. The extra grease just flings and makes the clutch housing dirty. Book probably calls for a couple of pumps per day.

I agree, two or three shots would be good to start. Do one more in a couple of weeks. Chris is right, the excess grease makes a mess in there if you do too much.

Yes, didnt want it slung all over the bell house.
I did 2 3 now ,ill pull plough some the then grease it again.
