Hey I just took ownership of a big mo 500 with the loader and hoe, I'll post the tag numbers later when I get a better look at the machine however I couldn't find a number on the hoe, where would it be? Also I've read a bunch about the manuals for this machine but still unsure what manual I should order for actual service instructions.. disassembly and assembly instructions? Any other informational pointers would be great as well, I'm a tractor rookie haha

There she is

Haha I thought it looked a Lil hefty thanks. Is it the jensales parts manual? I'd imagin that one has the most how-to in it?

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A BIG MO 500. I noticed that on your tractor you had three ribbed tires. Mine came with straight tread
and NEED replacing. In your experience, have you seemed to have better luck with them for turning and stability than with the straight tread?

You can get the "job (build) sheet" for each tractor (everything put on the tractor including the size and type of loader and backhoe and other components) from the Floyd County Museum in Charles City Ia. as well as parts, operators, shop, and repair manuals. Their number is 641-228-1099. They are very helpful.

Most of the loaders and backhoes for these machines were Paulson and the serial # tag for the loader is on the left hand side (to left sitting in tractor) on the arm just behind the upright (pivot point)and on the backhoe is on the right (I think) down by the boom pivot point)
