Motec Engineering

There was a post about Motec in early November. Has anyone been able to contact Matt? I need a governor for a U rebuilt. The website is still down. Does anyone have any updated information about him? Thanks

I wrote the post about Motec back in November, since that post, I have yet to actually talk to Matt. I ordered several items in June of 2016, it is now January of 2017.

I have sent 3 letters to him now since November in order to have some sort of communication, but there has been no response.

At the moment his Phone rings off the wall being it 5 am or 9 pm or any time between and his web page no longer works.

I have been told he is a one man Army, I have been told he gets busy with Tractor Pulls and Driving School Bus. I have even been told by his closest friends on this forum to keep trying because he gets buried.

Well I do not know if this is a way to do business with ads in both collector magazines, and with current posts to Facebook and nothing gets delivered.

The fact is, I still have not received what I paid for, and to the argument of driving school bus, School starts in August and September, and tractor pulls are here and there on any given weekend There are 3 to 5 days between any given weekend, and I Ordered in last part of June, so the school bus driving shouldn't have been an issue at least in June or July.

I have at this point wrote off my $113 dollars I paid for, for items on his web page, I have been very patient with his communication style, which there has been none.

My recommendation to you is unless you live within a 20 minute driving distance of this business then go for it, if you have to call or mail him anything, I would find someone else to do your work on your governor.

Please do a search of this forum you will find a minimum of 4 posts that just said the same as I just told you, one of those posts was mine.

Do a search on other forums too, I have. There are nearly 28 different posts from 5 different forum sites with very negative things about Motec Engineering.

WOW that is a lot of something you said there.
If you paid on my web site you had to use paypal. If you used paypal, they will refund your money.
