Jet Star

Came across a Jet Star behind an old barn in the weeds . I could see it was a LP and according to the serial number its a 1960. Is this tractor rare? I have not seen a LP Jet before. Thanks Jeff

Tractor Data thinks they made 2439 non diesel Jet Stars from 59-62. I know of no info that separates gas and LP Molines that old.

Less than 300 Jet Star came factory equipped with LP engines. Not rare but not something you see very often either.

I think the way it I would list it according to the production numbers is like this.
Jetstar gas pretty common
Jetstar Lp some what common but not seen as much as gas models
Jetstar Diesels hardly seen or heard of some what rare but not to drive the price up to some stupid amount for it.
