Does anyone know what happened to Matt at Motec Engineering?

His web site is now down, the phone number rings off the wall.

I ordered several wiring harnesses last summer 2015 from him and the turn around was great. This past June 2016 I ordered a couple more, well my check was cashed on the 17th of June, and here it is the 8th of November so far I have not seen my order.

I have called and spoke to him in August and then again in October. Now I can not get a hold of him.

I do not know if the items are back ordered, or if he misplaced my order or what is going on.

I have been very happy with is work in the past, so I am not mad, just frustrated that it is now almost snow shoveling weather and my tractor sat in the shed during show season because my parts never arrived.

I have read many of the past comments on this subject, I know he is a one man army and huge in to the tractor pullers.

I really do not think that is an excuse for poor customer service.

I will buy his wire harnesses again if and when this issue ever gets resolved.
 
Well I had similar problems last spring, I finally got my stuff, and it was correct when it showed up. Good luck, he used to drive a school bus,
just keep trying to call, or go visit him if your close enough. I was 2 hours away and was ready to beat on his door at 4am.
 
I just talked with him. check post new on first form on site, You must be calling around 3 when he is on buss. I think he still
drives buss because its a joy to him because he is swamped with regular business.He has stopped shipping unless order is pre pay
 
That's not how he used to do business. If he decided he wanted pay up front, he should have let his customers know. He's had a distributor of mine for over a year now. I finally just got another one out of a salvage yard.
