Does anyone know what happened to Matt at Motec Engineering?
His web site is now down, the phone number rings off the wall.
I ordered several wiring harnesses last summer 2015 from him and the turn around was great. This past June 2016 I ordered a couple more, well my check was cashed on the 17th of June, and here it is the 8th of November so far I have not seen my order.
I have called and spoke to him in August and then again in October. Now I can not get a hold of him.
I do not know if the items are back ordered, or if he misplaced my order or what is going on.
I have been very happy with is work in the past, so I am not mad, just frustrated that it is now almost snow shoveling weather and my tractor sat in the shed during show season because my parts never arrived.
I have read many of the past comments on this subject, I know he is a one man army and huge in to the tractor pullers.
I really do not think that is an excuse for poor customer service.
I will buy his wire harnesses again if and when this issue ever gets resolved.
