I have a G955 sit for about 2 years in Barn. Had quarter tank old fuel in it Started right up. Filled rest of way with fresh fuel went to sub soil. Made couple rounds smothered out. Put on new fuel filter same thing. Drained tank some trash in tank, Cleaned out tank best I could strained fuel put about 8 gal back in, bleed injectors starts the best runs good up to half throttle but start going above that it run a little rough, go to full throttle about 1 minute falls on face and dies. It will start back up right away and do the same thing again. Had injector pump rebuilt several years ago but has had very few hours put on since then and it had run the best.

Could also be your fuel supply line, between the tank and the filters, is plugged with algae from old fuel. Try blowing it out. I've had that happen on a G900, and it turned out to be algae in the line.

Thanks for everyone's advice. I tried all these thing and no luck then neighbor was helping me pulled engine oil dip stick and it was over full and smelled like diesel fuel. seal is out and I talked to rebuild shop they said it probably had internal parts problems too .

Hope you didn't hurt the bearings. I've got a G955 in the shed with the same issue. Previous owner unknowingly filled the crankcase with diesel because of bad pump
seals. Had pump rebuilt but now engine makes a noise. Rebuilt pump filled crankcase again just sitting in shed. I've never had it running yet. Probably drop pan and
check bearings before I try to run it and figure out why diesel is still getting in crankcase.

Hope so too. I checked oil before I went to field and it was between full and add mark. toped off with oil and only made about 2 short rounds before it acted up. fooled with it a day or so but didn't put much time on engine in shop trouble shooting it. before we found the problem.
