Heres a couple of pictures of Doug Meissingers new G-1000 MM diesel super stock puller from
Goodland,Kansas...He easily won his class at the Missouri State Fair pull on Monday....Sorry guys, but
it has a 4 turbo IH engine in it making around 3000 horsepower..It sure had the fans in the
stands talking...One swore that it had a MM engine in it but I knew better..

I am an old time MM fan. If you see black smoke coming out of it ,and it is running with the best of them, it is not an MM engine. Decals and paint do not a "true" tractor make. There are many of those fake MM's through the central USA.

Yes,Dougs MM is probably just the paint and sheet metal but it does two things.....It breaks up the red-green parade in this class and helps keep the Minneapolis Moline name out in front of the public...Believe me the crowd was talking..With this kind of horsepower no one is using a tractor transmission or rear end as they won't handle it with out breaking..

As far as I know Doug is the first national level Diesel SS puller to run MM sheet metal since Myron Riddle did in the early 1970's....There are several national level 10,000 Pro Stocks using MM sheet metal..For many years Lyle Hull from WI has pulled a MM G-1000 alky burner that still has a MM engine far as I know..He's been running real strong this year and has to be making around 4000 horses..I will get to see it this Sept at Wheatland,MO..

The top 2 pictures are Myron Riddles G-1350 MM diesel 12,000 SS puller at Louisville in the early 1970's...It was an MM factory backed puller but it just couldn't run with the MM LP and alky pullers.. I think Millard Dukeman from Illinois also drove it some..

I have pictures for most every national level MM puller that ran from the late 1960's to the 1980's...There was quite a bunch of them..The bottom picture was a tough one to find....Its Ezra Reinhards G-1000 from Indiana back in 1971..

Do you have any better side pictures in color of Myron's 1350?? If so, I'd like to see them. I have a red, white and blue 1350 hood that I believe came off of a puller.

Doug,if it helps heres a side view of the G-1350...This one and the two pictures above are the only pictures to ever appear of Myron Riddles G-1350....Someone out there has more pictures if they would share..

Myron was a well known Illinois IH puller having won the 12,000 class at the 1969 M&W Pull with his 1206 Farmall..If Charles DeClerck hadn't sheared an axle key on his G-1000 (pictured) he would have been the champ as he was flat moving when it happened and only came up a few feet short..I was sitting real close to where this picture was taken and I myself was taking a picture..After pulling the G-1350 MM for less than a year Myron went back to a 1466 IH..

Doug,it very possibly could be??? It looks like its had lots of cutting on it....Did it come from Jennings Impl??

1206swmo, was riddle's 1350 diesel a 585? 504?
Since it was diesel, who did work on it, Jennings?
Did King Brothers do the work on his 1206?
By the way, I like the "fake" MM's. Have one myself

I took the 1st picture at Bethany,MO in 1971...This is Ron Perry driving...The 2nd picture was found on a pulling website..

I'm sure that Riddles MM was a 585 and possibly Jennings did the work on it???Others would know more than me...I've heard that Riddles 1206 was from the King Brothers shop..Heres the only picture of Riddles 1206 that I could ever find, probably 1966-67....They were still using a walk on sled then...

In the mid 1970's I pulled a King Brothers 856 IH and still have the turbo..

Heres a couple of good pictures...Jim Griners 705 MM at Tampa Stadium and Charles DeClerck's G-1000 winning at a Farmfest Pull in Minnesota...Looks like Charles is straining as hard as the tractor is..

Check out my new topic above with a picture from the 1972 Indiana State Fair...There was only one 5 Star MM in my area as we had no dealer back then..That 1070 Case may have been Andy Main from Illinois...

This picture is not Myron Riddle. I posted this picture. It is Don Nolan on his 1206 in 1966 at the Moultrie Douglas County Fair in Arthur, IL. Don pulled IH before he went to MM.

Myron had a 1206 and my Dad did the work at King Brothers and later Yoder Implement. He went to the MM for a very short time and in 1971 purchased a brand new 1466 at Yoder Implement in Arthur, IL. The tractor was never in the field. Strictly pulling. Over the years, it went through several transformations. Myron lightened it up so he could pull in the 9,000 lb class and the 12,000. He also tried an alcohol set up that did not work. The tractor was ultimately purchased by Paul Hawkins and Ron Newby. Later it was parted out.
