G705 rear axle removal help need

I'm trying to remove one axle from the tractor and cannot get the housing to come free. All bolts are out and yes I removed the large nut inside holding the bull gear on. I'm using a short 7/8 bolt and nut with a short pipe inside the rear end between the two axles as a pusher but it's not budging. I've rapped on the axle housing with a large hammer and sledge hammer trying to rattle it free, nothing is working. I don't really want to keep tightening the pusher bolt any more than needed for fear something will give that's not supposed to. Any thoughts or tips? Should I just keep tightening the pusher bolt?

I believe there are locators (dowels) on rear axle housing. If all the bolts are removed (I think there are 10 of them) I think it's time for some meaningful raps on the axle housing to break it lose from the rear end case. Smack it at the far end. You can know that hasn't been apart since birth and the stick of the dowel pins, paint and I think that there's even a gasket there, have created quite an adhesive effect.
