Ensign LP Fuel Strainer

I am having trouble opening the LP fuel strainer on my MM 602. It has been a long time since the filter element was changed if it ever was. I have tried soaking it in diesel and I sprayed Kroll oil inside it.

I am not opposed to replacing the whole thing if anyone knows where I can get a replacement.

Any help will be appreciated.

As far as getting a new Ensign, i think you are out of luck, but try the L.P.Impco Systems in Mankato Minnesota, 507-345-4000.

I got a new filter for my utu through case. I looked up like a 600 or something similar
case which uses ensign as well and I was able to get one 3 years ago
