What is the correct color for the grill screen on a mm 602.

I think originally they were galvanized, but silver works nicely.

I agree on the silver. I think they were kind of a slightly dull silver that was close to the same as the original rims color.

You guys are probably right and it been almost 50 years since we got a new U-302 so that is rusty by now. I seen some of this sales information about the U-302 and M-602 and other Spec Books on the G-706 with the white screen and thought it looked really nice with the white strip and top badge so my M-602 is going to be bright white.

I realize all the sales information is not always correct but I just really like the Bright White. A few more covers and bolts and my M-602 will ready to see the light of day again. My son is after me to take it to a tractor show in July so we see if that is motivation to finish up here. cleddy
