Need to tear into the hydraulic box because of a leak around the shaft that sticks out on the right side of my 1950 U. I like if there was a service bulletin and what number was that so I can locate one.
 
I think I got my gasket and some small parts from Welters in Verona, MO. It's a straight forward project. 417-498-6496
 
there is an o-ring in the case that seals on that shaft. You have to take the arm off and remove the shaft from the other side, by removing the cover. I think it will stay with the valve as you take it apart.

You do have a vent tube on the reservoir that goes to the engine crankcase, don't you? Make sure the tube is not stopped up.
And you are only filling it level full with the bottom of the fill opeinng on the side of the case, aren't you?
