Wico XHD 1784 6 cylinder, was told it went on a Moline. Probably would have been a replacement mag.

GOOGLE says if fits "Allis Chalmers L LO L6 L90".

Are those power units?

Bob, I saw something to that effect too, but I thought it was about parts that are shared by the two. Somebody told me on the Allis forum that it was for a Moline...

MM didn't have any 6 cylinder motors except the power units with mags.

Manual shows this mag will fit other engines like Buda and Standard engines by changing the impulse cup. The lag angle for the different engines varies from 30% to 52%. I can supply the part numbers for the different impulse cups if you are in need of them.

The Allis Chalmers model L is a crawler tractor made in early 30s with a 844 cubic inch 6 cylinder gasoline engine.
