I bought this maybe ten years or more ago I think about $1000 and was wondering what she is worth today. I have never used it and was told it worked when I got it. It is pto driven and they just don't seem to be many of them left. When people get them they take the beaters off and use them for fire wood so they can dump the wood in a pile. I don't know what to ask for it and can't find any on sale anywhere. Any ideas as to it size? It's 5ft by 10 foot is it a 100 bu?
I'm trying to put a photo up. Hope it shows up

email me f you want pictures

We had one of those when I was growing up. My brother still has it and uses it occasionally. It's a good outfit.
Yours looks in really nice shape.

Just wondering, we have one of those with the double axels but I'm not sure what model that would be. Were they made before or after the LO? It has the small Minneapolis and Large Moline emblem like the one in the picture.

I believe they started that decal and those spreaders in 1959. I think the spreaders were made up until at least 1965 or 66 then Oliver models were used. These spreaders were the LO and LO-135 for all of them this style, single or double axle.

I figured out how to get the photo up. I have another question. What is the min. PTO horse power it will take to run her and the max without breaking her up? No one seems to have any ideas as to what she is worth. Thanks for any input.

Im betting at least about 35hp on the low end and maybe 65hp on the top end. If youre careful more hp isnt going to hurt it as long as you dont run it too fast or unload too fast as it will do what it will do no matter the hp. Im betting from about $800 to $1000 in todays market. It seems a lot of the implements dont bring the money they should at times or what they used to. I wouldnt mind having one myself to put behind my M5 but I dont have any cattle ;)

Kevin, If I did decide to do that, do you think one this size would be big enough? ;) I have been told Im full of it but I just assumed they meant "humor" :)
