What's you favorite method of breaking the jugs loose from the crankcase? This is on an HD800.

I have had very good luck using these scrapers for breaking blocks and heads loose. They do far less damage than a chisel. If that doesn't do it, remove all of the studs and try it again.

Dont forget the bolts from the bottom

A heavy and stout 4" x 6", couple feet long, used like a battering ram. You may be exhausted by the time that old gasket lets go but with the wood, you won't break anything.
