MM Powered Buffalo Springfield Roller

Did MM provide power packs for the Buffalo Springfield Rollers in the late '40s or early '50s? I saw a picture of one that looks like it has a ZA/ZB radiator and motor installed in it.

Is it the one on Dallas craigslist? I was wondering about it
too. Was kinda interested in it but didn't think I had a trailer
that would hold it up and get it the roughly 3 hours back
home. Wonder what it weighs?? Pretty cool contraption
though. Looks like an EE or RE power unit. You can see the
manifold on top.
