Original oil filter was canister type. Original filters are no longer available. There are adapters available to convert to spin on and possibly some reproduction cartridges.

10-W30 or 15-W40 oil 7 quarts with filter

Oil filler cap is part of the valve cover on the engine
 
That canister filter was not the same as the one for Zs and Rs.

That part number is also used in some cars if I am not mistaken. I would call NAPA and see what they say about availability.
 
I was thinking about U and Z being unavailable.

Parts book says 445 filter is 10P732. That crosses to WIX 51115, NAPA 1111, CARQUEST 85115
 
Is this where I should pour the oil, where the red arrow is pointing to. I brought this tractor with this rain gutter contraption on it I am assumption it needs to be remove to pour the oil in?

That is the oil input for engine. Looks like someone lost the breather cap and did a little "improvising"

Here is page from parts manual for 4Star which should be same as 445

I anyone know why my motor oil dip stick level was at top of High after only 6 quarts of oil instead of 7? According to this forum I needed 7 quarts. Does it damage the engine if I an additional quart?
