It would be nice to have a low band to go with our 4 row crop diesel G1000's. Too far for me though. Hope someone enjoys it.

would you mind educating me as to what a "low band diesel" is . have a lp but don't kn ow that term . thank you

The low bands were the first production G1000's. It basically a sheet metal difference. 50 lp and 100 diesel were low bands. These early g1000's have a white band around the front grill like an M602. 800 M670 lp's and 1800 M670 diesels have the same sheet metal. The low band G1000's were made in 1965. The low band M670's were made in 1964 and 1965. The early U302's also looked similar.
