Pulling an M5

I have a 62 M5 deisel with loaded tires and thought about pulling her in Farm Stock class . Anybody out there ever done this , if so how were the results .

Many years ago we tried ours. Loaded tires, and a cab. Weighed too much for a lighter class. Ended up in the 10,000 lb class, 100 hp max. As I recall, there were 18 tractors. Needless to say, we took last
place. I and my brother in law both pulled it. One of us tried 2nd gear low torque, the other 1st gear with high torque as an option. Ran out of power even in 1st gear, low torque. We were way outclassed.
But, we had fun!

I haven't weighed mine yet , she sounds like your set-up with loaded tires , but no cab , so just maybe she will be at the top of the 6500-7500 class .

I have 5 star diesel watered rears, one MM weight on each side. Put one suitcase on step. Pull in 8100# class. Use 1st and direct. Amplia torq not hold in under drive.
