Followed suggestions and borrowed a bigger truck and trailer. Quite a bit of work winching it up and down the trailer with nothing but a ratcheting lever operated cable winch. But I'm glad I did it that way. Can't seem to load pictures at this time.I'm talking about a UTs I was posting about earlier.

Well I got the tractor running today. It doesn't matter what I do with the throttle. It simply stays at idle.Anyone know what causes this? I suppose there's an issue with the governer. Do I simply remove it from the engine and check it out?

Could be the governor rusted tight. Just remove those 4 bolts and pull it out, you can easily make your own replacement gasket. You can remove the small plate and start soaking it and try to work it loose.
