M604 around central WI???

Back in the US on another visit from Australia to attend Airventure at Oshkosh. Yesterday I went out to see Dale and Doug at Riverdale Farm
Shop. They are being very helpful in supplying a range of spare parts for my M604 that I can't get back in Oz. Also provided some good
advice which is greatly appreciated. I've never seen another 604. Would love to lay eyes on a restored (or very original) example to
understand some of the finer points and take photos for reference. Have all the books but nothing like the real thing. Anybody know of such
an animal within a couple of hours or so of Oshkosh. I'm here until July 26. Keen to get the restoration under way now that I have retired. Got
it started recently for the first time in abvout 12 years. Engine needs work but was pleasantly surprised at how well it ran.

Too bad you weren't here Aug 8th and 9th During our local tractor show there is a open house at the Walter Keller collection. He has a massive collection of a few hundred John Deeres and probably 150-200 Molines. I don't know if he has a 604 though. he lives about 1-1 1/2 hours from Oshkosh

Walter Keller is a worthwile stop. He will open for individuals if he is available. I don't have his # but should be in phone book. He is in Forest Junction, WI, which mapquest shows at 45 minutes from Oshkosh. His son Bruce would be another number to try.

I scanned these from pictures I took years ago and have in a binder, not worth much as pictures but at least one's a 604- other a 504. These were in Ohio.

Thanks to all for the information to date. I might have a solution. There is a 604 somewhere near Dale Seehaver's place and he is trying to arrange for me to see it next week. I particularly want to have a good look at the steering arm and rod. Mine has been destroyed at some stage and a fabricated replacement fitted. It works but is clearly not original. If I could see one I might be able manufacture something that is closer to the real thing. Unless, of course, somebody knows of a parted out 604?? But I won't be holding my breath on that one!

Just saw your offer, Doug. Thanks. That is exactly what I'm after by look of photo. I will call you sometime tomorrow.
