I will probably need a torch to get these off. Are new ones available and where?

Soak them with penetrating oil, use heat if you have to. You can find new ones at several places, but those don't look too bad. Put the wire wheel on the threads and they should clean up.

Just to add, as stated, cleaning up the threads is most important as you will be turning in to them. A lot of the older equipment threads might surprise you. Ive seen some bolts that didn't look like they would come loose but did.

Just to add to what others said: If it was me, I would sacrifice the nuts to keep the bolts, as they look special and hard to replace. The nuts can be made, if necessary, but are probably availble somewhere.

Try heat first. IF that doesn't do it, hit one spot, middle of the flats, or opposite sides, middle of the flats, with a cold chisel parallel to the centeline of the bolt to swell the nut a bit.

We used to use Type "A" automatic transmission fluid at MM Hopkins Plant to losen engines (into spark plug holes) but don't know how it would work on threads like that, but worth a try===I am gong to try it myself---thanks for the idea!
