U302 pics a year apart

I posted a picture last year on the 4th of the 302 while cutting a friends field. This year I decided to cut my pasture, and then his to help break in the motor after the rebuild and restore. It's still pretty wet here, but it was good to hear the motor run and look over a fresh painted hood! Hopefully you can tell the first pic is from last year. I want to take it to the Coshocton show next weekend, but am watching the weather before I commit. I know the rain won't hurt it, but if it's gonna rain all weekend like it's been raining I think I will keep it in the barn!

The U302 Super is a pretty tractor when painted up. I really like the U302 Super. I have a 1966. Thanks for the pictures.

I have been admireing your progress and it looks like the U-302 turned out well. I was curious how you ended up re-finishing the big Minneapolis badges on the sides of the hood. I think you posted for tips once and no one ventured any ideas. Looks like they came out very nice. I also have some that could use touched up. We have a Super U-302 and the hood was in a fire & modifyed but had one good side badge(needs white paint) and I picked up a real good hood at Stamms which also came with a good badge and just that made the tractor look better.

I recently bought decals for the M-602 and am a little disapointed the original decal on the back of the seat for U-302 & M-602 doesn't seem to be available. Of the 3- MM tractor we had they all had red MM letters on a yellow back ground and now just reflective MM's are available for the back of the seat which after this long I guess it does not matter much. I was thinking about doing some yellow background with paint. Anyway it looks real nice.cleddy
