Moline Corn & Cotton Planter

I have an antique Moline corn & cotton planter that I am in the process of restoring. I have a picture of the planter, but I can't make out what the wording is on the side of it. I am also wanting to know what the original color of it was. I was also told that the corn box lid of it is made of wood. If that is the case, I am looking for a replacement lid for it. Can anyone help me with this information? Thanks

Hopefully the picture comes through. This picture is one that I found on the internet. Mine is not completely put together yet. Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.

(quoted from post at 07:23:19 06/19/15) What state are you located in? If its a cotton planter, you might be in the south?

I live in ohio, but I got it from my uncle in Arkansas.
