705 plow pic

I can't bring myself to stop and get off the tractor to take a picture but this was last evening. Some easy plowing for the neighbor. From the seat pulling 5-16's Case plow.

The whole "Brand of Plow" discussion, I find most interesting. Seems most folks gravitate toward an Oliver plow. I know people that say a Case plow won't plow, mine obviously will. Personally, I gravitate to the IHC plows of the early 1960's, particularly the 540 and 550 semi-mounted plows and the #70 trailer type plows. I have IHC plows, a White plow, a Case plow, and a Ford plow; I have had an Oliver plow. Having used all of them, I would hold that the most important thing about any of them is the operator's manual that presumably came with the plow. I'm almost convinced beyond any doubt that they will all do a fine job of plowing if one would read the manual and adjust as directed.
