Starter and Flywheel Question

I am in the process of building a pulling tractor basically out of what parts I have. I am running a HD 220 engine in a 4star crank case. The engine is going into a ZAS rear end And I am trying to use the flywheel and clutch setup from the ZAS. The issue is that the 1 bolt starter from the ZAS will not mesh with the flywheel. Seems to be a little far away from the flywheel. Any help is appreciated.

Call Wendell Everett 740-922-3335. He will know for sure and can probably help on parts.

Since you say the ZAS starter and flywheel/445 crankcase combination won't work, I am thinking you will need to use the starter and flywheel from an overhead valve 206 or 220 power unit (Stationary engine with hand clutch) to make the 445 crankcase work in a ZAS.
