A friend of mine just got this 900 up and running has been in his family since new. Tractor had not run for 15 yrs engine work was done by former moline dealer runs great it's good to see one brought back from the grave

69 model about 300 from end of production has later hydraulic system . Has a broken piece on draft control and needs an original seat if anyone knows where a seat could be found would like to here from you
 
Finding an original seat would be tough, and parts are not available for them anyway. The shock absorber was made in Germany and has been out of production for years. I had one of these seats on a late model 670 Super a few years back, and I ended up finding an old field cultivator spring that just barely fit over the worn out shock. I cut it to length and put it in there to give me a little suspension, but it didn't work out that well.

Most guys just retrofit with one of the older Knoedler seats(used on M5 through early 670 Supers), as they are plentiful and easy to find parts for. They ride better too.
 
Tire is on backwards because original rim rusted out this tire was put on for rim new tires will soon be mounted
