5 start clutch question

Tried on the pulling board but no response so I'll try here... I am building a 5 star for pulling, which clutch disk should I use? Fiber, 4 pad and 6 pad are all available, or something totally different?

Depends on how much power you plan on making. If under 600 cid. a 6 pad should be fine. If over 600 you will want a custom button clutch with higher spring pressure on the pressure plate. If over 700 I would use a G1000 flywheel it has a 14 inch clutch instead of a 12.
